जानिए कौन हैं मौलाना जर्जिस अंसारी, जिनकी SC और महिलाओं पर टिप्पणी के खिलाफ NCSC ने अपनाया कड़ा रुखइटावा: एक तरफ नुपुर शर्मा के बयान (Nupur Sharma Statement) पर हंगामा मचा हुआ है और दूसरी तरफ ऐसे-ऐसे बयान आ रहे हैं, जो समाज के एक हिस्से को कमतर दिखाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। मौलाना जर्जिस अंसारी (Maulana Jarjis Ansari) का बयान भी कुछ इसी तरह का है। मौलाना ने महिलाओं और अनुसूचित जाति को लेकर ऐसा बयान दिया है, जिस पर नेशनल कमीशन ऑफ शेड्यूल कास्ट (NCSC) ने कड़ी ऐतराज जताया है। एनसीएससी ने इस बयान के मामले में यूपी सरकार को कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया है। राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग के अध्यक्ष विजय सांपला ने यूपी के अधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी कर 21 जून तक ऐक्शन टेकेन रिपोर्ट देने का निर्देश दिया है।एससीएससी के चेयरमैन ने कहा है कि मौलाना जर्जिस अंसारी का बयान भारत की महिलाओं, विशेष रूप से अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं का बहुत बड़ा अपमान है। मामले को संज्ञान में लेते हुए नोटि किया गया है। हम अंसारी के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेंगे। आयोग ने यूपी के मुख्य सचिव, डीजीपी, इटावा के डीएम और इटावा के एसएसपी को मामले की जांच कर 21 जून तक ऐक्शन टेकेन रिपोर्ट पेश करने को कहा है। आयोग ने कहा है कि अगर निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर कार्रवाई की रिपोर्ट नहीं आती है तो संविधान के एक्ट 338 के तहत दीवानी कोर्ट की शक्तियों का प्रयोग किया जाएगा। अधिकारियों की दिल्ली में व्यक्तिगत पेशी का भी आदेश दिया जा सकता है। ऐसे में अब यूपी सरकार के अधिकारियों के समक्ष कार्रवाई की चुनौती बन गई है।महिलाओं को लेकर दिया है आपत्तिजनक बयानमौलाना जर्जिस अंसारी खुद को इस्लामिक उपदेशक होने का दावा करते है। मौलाना का कहना है कि हम इस्लाम के गुणों के बारे में लोगों को अवगत कराना चाहते हैं और मुसलमानों को इस्लाम की सच्ची शिक्षा से अवगत कराना चाहते हैं। पिछले दिनों उन्होंने एक तकरीर में महिलाओं को लेकर आपत्तिजनक बयान दिया। उन्होंने महिलाओं को पुरुषों के अधीन करार दिया। तकरीर में उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं को गर्भावस्था के दौरान भी अपने पति के साथ सेक्स के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए।मौलाना ने इस मसले पर काफी विस्तार से बात की। बच्चा जनने के दौरान तक वे इस प्रकार से पति को संतुष्ट करने के लिए महिलाओं को तैयार रहने की बात करते नजर आए। इसके अलावा मौलाना अंसारी ने बाल्मीकि समाज को लेकर भी गंभीर टिप्पणी की। महिलाओं की तुलना भी इस समाज से करते वे नजर आए। इस मसले पर एनसीएससी ने अब कड़ा रुख अपना लिया है।पीएम मोदी और शाह पर भी कर चुका है टिप्पणीपीएम नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह पर वर्ष 2019 में मौलाना जर्जिस अंसारी ने आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी की थी। इसके अलावा उसने धमकी दी थी कि उसे देश से बाहर निकालने की कोशिश हो रही है। अगर ऐसा हुआ तो वह देश के कोने-कोने में जिहाद करेगा। इटावा के मौलाना जर्जिस के खिलाफ रेप का आरोप भी लग चुका है। अब वह महिलाओं पर अभद्र टिप्पणी कर चर्चा में है। .
